DFH Group GmbH was founded in 1992 as debis Aviation Leasing GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the former Daimler-Benz Group. In 2006, Deutsche Immobilien Holding Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in Delmenhorst acquired 100 % of its shares, at which time the company was renamed Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH. In 2008, the company was converted into Deutsche Fonds Holding AG, before switching back to Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH again in June 2016. The company was renamed DFH Group GmbH in July 2023.
The DFH-Group
As of July 1, 2020, Deutsche Fonds Holding GmbH (since July 2023 operating as DFH Group GmbH) acquired Assetando Real Estate GmbH (as of December 12, 2022 operating as DFH ARE GmbH) with its subsidiaries Assetando Property Management GmbH and Merkens Fonds GmbH (as of December 12, 2022 operating as DFH Merkens Fonds GmbH), as well as WestFonds Immobilien Anlagegesellschaft mbH (as of December 29, 2022 operating as DFH WestFonds GmbH).
PFM Private Funds Management GmbH (as of February 8, 2022 operating as DFH PFM GmbH) has also been a member of the DFH-Group since 2014. DFH Group GmbH is a company of Deutsche Immobilien Holding AG in Delmenhorst, which is also the real estate holding company of Zech Group SE based in Bremen, Germany.
